Frequently asked questions.
→ Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
We see patients by appointment to make sure you get our full attention and the time you deserve with your doctor. However, if you have an urgent eye concern, give us a call — we’ll do our best to fit you in the same day.
→ What ages do you see?
We provide care for patients of all ages — from infants and kids to adults and seniors. Our pediatric eye exams focus on healthy visual development, while our adult exams help protect and maintain vision at every stage of life.
→ What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your current glasses and/or contact lenses, a list of any medications you take, and your insurance card (if applicable). If you’re a new patient, you can also fill out your intake forms online before your visit to save time.
→ Do you take insurance?
Yes! We accept VSP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare Part B. If you’re unsure about your coverage, we can verify your benefits before your appointment.
→ Can I use my FSA or HSA for glasses or contact lenses?
Absolutely. Prescription glasses, sunglasses, and contacts are all eligible purchases with FSA and HSA funds.
→ Where are you located and what are your hours?
We’re conveniently located at 2547 Elkton Trail, Tyler, TX 75703 in South Tyler.
